What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, company, phone number and a description of your project. We also keep standard server logs that record the pages visited and the device used.

Why we collect it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Your details are seen by the Jawbone team working on your enquiry and by the service providers that host this website and our email. They process your information only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@jawbone.co.za and we will respond.
