The story

The Challenge

Each year, we are asked to oversee SPAR’s national trade show series, a multi-province rollout hosted across the Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape, Mpumalanga, and Johannesburg. The show is to bring together suppliers, partners, and regional teams under one cohesive brand experience.

The solution

Our role covers full project management, design, build, logistics, and on-site execution. The rollout spans several weeks, with our crew transporting and rebuilding large-scale structures across provinces, including hundreds of floorboards, counters, plinths, and custom display elements. Every venue delivers the same standard of quality and consistency, creating a professional environment that reflects SPAR’s scale and commitment to excellence.
